Itinerary
We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience. From exploring historic landmarks to tasting delicious local cuisine, each day is packed with adventure and excitement. Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the world.
We will set out early in the morning, under a clear blue sky, at the prearranged hour, to explore the splendours of southern Morocco. We will travel through breathtaking natural scenery to reach the interesting gate city of the Sahara Desert. We’re going to Ouarzazate today. Our road trip is marked by vibrant landscapes and well-kept Berber villages along our picturesque itinerary. The biggest Kasbah in Morocco, Ait-Ben Haddou, will be our first destination for lunch, the menu is overflowing with a wide variety of selections. During the 19th century, one of the last Berber chieftains was Et Hami El Glaoui, the builder of this Kasbah. So, it is recognised as the World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Around it, families still reside in fortified Kasbahs. This picturesque location served as the backdrop for numerous motion pictures, including “Lawrence of Arabia,” “Babel,” “The Mummy,” and Jesus of Nazareth. After that, we will continue to Ouarzazate to spend the night in one of its wonderful hotels.
Following breakfast and at the scheduled hour, we will head in the direction of Merzouga. The “Path of 1000 Kasbahs” is the name given to this road. They are surrounded by colourful and orderly Berber (Amazigh) villages. These settlements are intriguing because of the palm groves like skoura oasis and the valley of roses. Todra Gorges is a stop on our journey where we will pause in a 300-meter-high canyon. The captivating vista that stretches down the cliff of these canyons is captivating. After that, we’ll go south to the Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga’s Sahara Desert. We will stop in Erfoud or Tinghir for lunch on our journey to Merzouga. Our camel man will serve us some cool nomad tea with mint when we get to Merzouga. The blue camel man will take us to a nomad desert camp via invisible passageways after we’ve rested. We will be treated to a bizarre sight when the sun sets, casting a vivid pink shadow across the clear blue sky. In the desert camp, we will spend the night in a nomadic tent, gathered around a fire and enjoying peaceful nomadic music.Â
Â
Our camel man will get you up early in the morning so you don’t miss another amazing opportunity to see the dawn over the desert. After that, we’ll ride camels back to our riad in Merzouga for breakfast. On our trip back to Fez in the early morning under a clear blue sky, we will pass by the Ziz Valley , stopping there to take some memorable pictures. Then ti Midelt, a small town known for its apple season, there you will take a break for lunch. We will take in the diversity of the kingdom’s natural scenery when we get to Azrou to see the barbary monkeys. Ifrane is a stunning mountain city that we will visit before travelling to Fez. The phrase “the Switzerland of Morocco” describes this. This city was designed in the 1930s by French architects. The Moroccan government took extra care to maintain it neat and orderly. Because of the comparatively low summer temperatures and the sky resorts in the winter, it attracts a lot of Moroccan tourists throughout the year. Our expert driver will take us to our lodging once we arrive in Fez
